Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns

• You can return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

• To start a return, just contact us at contact@melibu.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

• Refunds usually appear within 10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Opened pet food or treats

• Used toys, beds, or grooming products

• Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.
